Liquid crystal
Liquid crystal is a type of organic substance. It is a generic name for matter which has the same kind of regular molecular array structure as a solid (crystal), yet flows like a liquid. It is an almost transparent liquid like oil, but rod-shaped molecules align in it with regularity. Liquid crystal is a marvelous substance which exhibits both mobility like a liquid and regularity like a solid.
Liquid crystal Display
A liquid crystal display (LCD) has liquid crystal material sandwiched between two sheets of glass. When voltage is not applied to a transparent electrode, the liquid crystal molecules align in parallel with the glass surface. Once a voltage is applied, the liquid crystal molecules turn and align themselves in the same direction as the electric field. This motion of the liquid crystal molecules, when combined with the optical characteristics of a polarizer, either passes or blocks light. This light-shuttering function is basic to an LC display.
What is OLED?
Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLED) display monitors, also referred to as Organic Electroluminescence (OEL) display monitors, have the new generation of technology that is not easily reached by other flat-screen display technology brighter and clearer full-colored images and faster response times.
How it works?
Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) Display are brighter, higher contrast displays, have faster response times, wider viewing angles and use less power than the conventional VFS, LED or LCD displays. OLED Displays are self-illuminating and require no backlight for maximum visibility in all environments. This allows OLED5 to be significantly thinner than standard VFS, LED or LCD displays.

What is TFT?
TFT-LCD Stands for thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display.
It used liquid crystal between to glass substrates to control the passage of light. The color filter is on the front glass substrate, and the back glass substrate has transistors on it. When voltage is applied, the liquid crystal is bent and a pixel is formed by the light that passes through. The color filter on the front glass substrate gives each pixel its own color. The combination of these pixels in different colors forms the image on the panel.
